solve  or soluton:

1. how to block adfly in your country 

your proxy block this address so you can not open the site ok

2. you go to this link first  'clik me'   

select any proxy to copy proxy ip addres examle:168.63.76.66 

3.open mozila firefox 

menu open select option

open advance tab

select   advance -> network tab

select network tab -> connection setting

connection setting select  manual proxy

past your copy proxy ip address this place 

tick the box  use this proxy for all protocol  

select ok 

4.after load adfly site ok

you load adfly skip ADD  5 sec after load your download page then dsee below step

go to mozila opton ->advance tab -> network tab-> connection setting    -> select automatci box ok thank you friends

 

note :you get error proxy refuse connection 

try another proxy ip address
